Checking out new beers is a lot of fun with the ladies of Austin Girls Pint Out. It can get even more fun when we add food to the mix.

So, after The Brewtorium gained immediate recognition for both beer and food, including being named as one of Austin’s new iconic restaurants in the Austin Chronicle’s 2018 First Plates issue, gaining a place on Austin Eater’s Best New Restaurants in Austin heat map, and being listed as a best new place to drink in Austin on Do512, it seemed like a no brainer to make this a food and beer event.

Working with Head Chef Dave Arcos and Owner Whitney Roberts, Austin Girls Pint Out agreed to be guinea pigs for some possible new menu items and we are so glad we did! Amazing food, like beet hummus and porter ice cream with chocolate bark paired with tasty beers, did not disappoint.

Besides fueling up, the ladies at this event also learned how owners Chris Rauschuber (head brewer) and Whitney Robert’s love of brewing and drinking beer became their livelihoods. You can read a little about their journey on their website.

If you haven’t checked out The Brewtorium yet, you’re missing out. Hop on the red line and prepare for great food, tasty beer, and an good times.
